Responsibilities:

  • managing a department of several people, and developing the effectiveness of the team and individuals
  • effective allocation of responsibilities for individuals and the team
  • devising and implementing solutions to improve work in the area of administration
  • cooperation with the accounting and sales departments
  • preparing summaries and reports
  • supervising the efficient circulation of documents, payment processes and coordinating debt collection activities
  • responsibility for timeliness and compliance with current regulations of all administrative and accounting processes
  • monitoring activities related to month-end closing and support in the preparation of monthly financial reports
  • participating in the budgeting and financial forecasting process

Requirements:

  • minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial position
  • assertiveness and a natural ability to gain respect from your team
  • initiative in improving and developing administrative processes
  • agility, independence, effectiveness and punctuality in performing tasks and focus on achieving set goals
  • experience in team management, building competences, motivation, delegating tasks and decision-making
  • knowledge of Excel

Managing Director – General Manager

If you have at least 8 years of experience in running a branch or your own company, we encourage you to send us your CV.

We are looking for a person with outstanding business knowledge and experience who has an ambition to build a business and develop their career to the highest level. The position of MD/GM is intended for a creative person who has the power and character to introduce new tools and develop the business.

Responsibilities:

  • managing the company in the area of finance, including cost optimisation in order to increase profitability
  • assess the company’s financial situation, liquidity and further investment capabilities, in the context of diversified sources of financing, current formal and legal obligations and long- term development plans of the company
  • managing the company in the area of sales and marketing, including but not limited to – verification of the strategy and sales activities undertaken in terms of their effectiveness and compliance with the company’s long-term strategy and business goals
  • the operational management of the company, especially in the context of managing the efficient use of resources and the proper functioning of procedures and processes in the business
